Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, combine cubed salmon, sea salt, soy sauce, and mayo, and mix well.
- In another bowl, mix the cooked rice with rice vinegar until coated.
- Prepare nori sheets and cut them if necessary to fit the muffin tin cavities.
- Place 2-3 tablespoons of the rice mixture into each nori sheet and fold them into the muffin tin.
- Top each nori cup with about 2 tablespoons of the salmon mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
- Remove from the oven, add your garnishes, and serve.
