Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Place the salmon skin side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cut shallow slits in the top.
- Whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Brush the sauce over the salmon, ensuring some gets into the slits.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the salmon is no longer translucent.
- Spoon any collected sauce back on top and serve with your choice of sides.
