Easy Pesto Stuffed Mushrooms

The mushrooms

baby bella or button mushrooms
The filling

cup
your favorite pesto

Panko breadcrumbs

shaved Parmesan

toasted pine nuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees or preheat a smoker.
- Remove and discard the stems of the mushrooms and clean them with a damp cloth.
- Fill each mushroom cavity with approximately ½ teaspoon of pesto.
- Top with a pinch of Panko if desired.
- Bake or smoke the mushrooms for about 15 minutes until cooked and the filling is warm.
- Garnish with Parmesan and/or toasted pine nuts.
