Ingredients

  • cups water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 cups blueberries, divided
  • cups silver tequila
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 lime cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Combine water and sugar in a container; seal and shake until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Thread blueberries onto skewers and set aside.
  3. Muddle remaining blueberries in a pitcher.
  4. Add the sugar mixture, tequila, and lime juice to the muddled blueberries; stir to combine.
  5. Moisten half the rim of cocktail glasses with lime and dip in salt.
  6. Serve the margaritas over ice, adding a lime wedge and a blueberry skewer to each drink.
