Ingredients

  • 1 pound crab meat (fresh, jumbo lump or lump)
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • cup cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, and parsley.
  2. Gently fold in the crab meat without breaking it up completely.
  3. Add cracker crumbs and mix gently until incorporated.
  4. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Divide the mixture into six portions and form into slightly flattened cakes.
  6. Place the crab cakes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until ready to bake.
  7. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  8. Bake the crab cakes for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
