Instructions
- Make the Italian dressing by whisking together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions, then drain and rinse with cool water.
- Prepare the other salad ingredients by cutting the pepperoni, chopping the mozzarella, dicing the bell pepper and red onion, and draining the banana peppers and black olives.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the prepared salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Drizzle the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
