The dressing

garlic

dried oregano

white wine vinegar

Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.
- In a small bowl, mix the dressing ingredients: minced garlic, oregano, parsley, vinegar, basil, mustard, sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta with tomatoes, onion, red peppers, cucumber, olives, peas, pepperoni/salami/ham, mozzarella, parsley, basil, and ground pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Cover and chill before serving.
