Italian Pasta Salad

The pasta
The vegetables

cherry (or grape) tomatoes, sliced

red onion, thinly sliced
The proteins and cheese

fresh mozzarella balls

salami, sliced
The extras

kalamata olives, sliced

pepperoncini

cup
fresh parsley and fresh basil, chopped
The dressing

Italian salad dressing
Instructions
- Chop the veggies and herbs.
- Boil salted water and cook the pasta until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Whisk together the ingredients for the Italian dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped veggies, salami, mozzarella, pepperoncini, olives, and fresh herbs.
- Drizzle with the Italian dressing, toss well, and season with additional salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve immediately or marinate in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
