Italian Salami or Summer Sausage, cut in rounds, then quartered

Pepperoncinis, sliced

Mozzarella Balls (pearls)

Kalamata Olives, pitted, cut in half

Large Black Olives, pitted, sliced in thirds

Italian Dressing (use your favorite)

Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Boil water and add rotini and salt, cooking until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water to cool it down.
- In a large bowl, combine the pasta with all ingredients except the dressing and parmesan.
- Pour in half of the dressing and gently toss to coat.
- Chill the salad in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
- Before serving, add half of the remaining dressing and toss again.
- Garnish with shredded parmesan cheese.
