Instructions
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar and shake to mix, then refrigerate until needed.
- Cook the rotini pasta in salted water according to package directions, then drain and rinse under cool water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with salami, pepperoni, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, parsley, and mozzarella balls.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
