Instructions
- 1. Boil salted water and cook the pasta until slightly past al dente, then drain and toss with olive oil.
- 2. Let the pasta cool to room temperature.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, olives, pepperoncini, and parsley.
- 4. Add the dressing, salt, and pepper, and toss to combine.
- 5. Stir in basil and adjust seasoning to taste, garnishing with more basil before serving.
