Basil Pesto

Instructions
- Add basil, parmesan, pine nuts, and garlic to a food processor and pulse until finely minced.
- Scrape down the processor, then slowly pour in the olive oil while blending until the mixture is nearly smooth.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 6 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
