Ingredients

  • 1 cup basil (loosely packed, stems removed)
  • 3 tablespoons pine nuts
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small food processor or mini chopper.
  2. Process until all ingredients are blended together.
  3. Store leftover pesto in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to one week.
