Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Add the Rice Chex to a large bowl.
- In a resealable bag, combine powdered sugar, cinnamon, and kosher salt.
- In a saucepan, create a double-boiler and melt the white chocolate wafers and coconut oil until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla bean seeds.
- Pour the melted mixture over the Rice Chex and mix until evenly coated.
- Transfer the coated Rice Chex to the resealable bag, seal, and shake until coated with the powdered sugar mixture.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and let it set for about 30 minutes.
