rice Chex cereal

milk chocolate chips

Instructions
- Pour rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Heat in the microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds, then stir.
- Continue heating in 20-second increments, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently toss to coat evenly.
- If the mixture is thick, continue tossing until well coated. If it’s runny, chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes before tossing with powdered sugar.
- Add powdered sugar to the coated cereal and toss to coat evenly. Alternatively, place the mixture in a resealable bag with powdered sugar, seal, and shake to coat.
