Instructions
- Pour the Rice Chex cereal into a large bowl.
- Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal and mix until coated.
- Fold in the crushed candy canes.
- Transfer the mixture to a large zipped-top bag or sealable container.
- Add the confectioners’ sugar, seal the bag or container, and shake until coated.
- Discard any excess sugar and store at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
