Instructions
- Melt the butter and Nutella together in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Add salt to the melted mixture and remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the peanuts and Rice Chex cereal, then pour the Nutella mixture over and mix gently to coat.
- Transfer the coated cereal into a bag or container with confectioners’ sugar, seal, and shake until coated.
- Discard any excess powdered sugar and enjoy. Store at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
