Spaghetti Squash with Garlic and Parsley

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, minced parsley, and softened butter.
- Rub the garlic-parsley butter over the cut sides of the squash and inside the cavity.
- Bake the squash for 40-60 minutes until the flesh can be easily scraped into strands.
- Allow the squash to cool slightly, then scrape the strands into a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper, then mix in the grated Parmesan cheese.
