Instructions
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures until just combined.
- Heat a nonstick skillet and brush with oil.
- Pour batter into the skillet and cook until puffed and cooked through, flipping halfway.
