Instructions
- Mix the base dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and add almond milk and any additional wet ingredients for your chosen flavor.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then mix in melted coconut oil.
- Heat a skillet over low/medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
- Use a 1/3 cup scoop to pour batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Repeat until all batter is used and serve with your favorite toppings.
