Pancake Batter

Syrup and Filling

pure maple syrup

Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients together the night before and store in a container.
- In the morning, heat a skillet on medium heat.
- Add almond milk to the dry ingredients and stir well.
- Spray the skillet with non-stick oil.
- Spoon the batter onto the skillet over medium-low heat.
- Flip pancakes when bubbles form on the surface and cook the other side.
- Layer pancakes with sliced banana, peanut butter, jam, and other toppings as desired.
