Instructions
- Mix almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a medium bowl and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, mashed banana, and vanilla.
- Combine the egg mixture with the flour mixture and mix until smooth.
- Heat a greased skillet over medium heat and pour a little less than ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet.
- Cook for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown, flipping when the surface is bubbly and edges are slightly dry.
- Serve immediately with maple syrup.
