Ingredients

The batter

Instructions

  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined, adjusting the consistency with more almond milk or almond flour as needed.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and brush with olive oil.
  5. Use a ¼-cup measuring cup to pour the batter onto the skillet.
  6. Cook each pancake for 1-2 minutes per side, adjusting the heat to prevent burning.
  7. Serve with maple syrup.
