Instructions
- Mix the almond flour and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, eggs, and milk, then mix until combined.
- Let the batter rest for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour ¼ cup portions of the batter into the pan and cover.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Repeat until all batter is used, then serve immediately.
