Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Pancakes

The toppings
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except for the chocolate chips until you have a thick, pourable batter.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat it with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of batter for each pancake into the skillet, fitting about four pancakes at a time.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top as the pancakes begin to set.
- Once bubbles form on the surface, flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown.
- Repeat until all batter is used and serve.
