Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine the almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, and whisk until blended.
- Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
- Let the batter rest for about 5 minutes.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly.
- Pour approximately ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until golden.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
