Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tablespoons baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix well.
  2. 2. Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. 3. Let the batter sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  4. 4. Grease a non-stick pan and heat over medium.
  5. 5. Pour scant ¼ cup portions of the batter onto the pan and cover.
  6. 6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. 7. Repeat until all batter is used.
