Almond Milk Pancakes

Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix well.
- 2. Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
- 3. Let the batter sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- 4. Grease a non-stick pan and heat over medium.
- 5. Pour scant ¼ cup portions of the batter onto the pan and cover.
- 6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 7. Repeat until all batter is used.
