Peanut Butter Granola Bars

natural peanut butter

rolled oats
Instructions
- If the dates are not sticky, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes and drain.
- Pulse the dates in a food processor until they form small bits and clump together.
- Add the peanut butter and oats to the food processor and pulse until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined 8x8 dish and press down to flatten, or roll into balls.
- If making bars, slice into 8-10 pieces and store in the fridge or freezer.
