Peanut Butter Granola Bars

Instructions
- Prepare an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, honey, and peanut butter, and heat until bubbling.
- Once bubbling, cook for an additional 2 minutes while stirring, then remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
- Mix in oats, crispy cereal, and pretzels until well coated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press evenly.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top and gently press them in.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
