light agave nectar

The Rim

Kosher salt or coarsely ground sea salt
Instructions
- Prepare the glass by running a lime slice along the rim and dipping it in salt.
- Add ice cubes to the glass and set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, orange juice, and agave nectar with ice.
- Shake well for about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass and garnish with a lime slice.
