Instructions
- Combine tequila, agave syrup, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
- Rub a lime around the rim of the glass to wet it for the rub to adhere.
- Pour the mixture into a Collins glass filled with ice.
- Top with lime flavored sparkling water.
- If desired, add a touch of stevia or monk fruit sweetener for extra sweetness.
