Instructions
- 1. Pour the Chex cereal into a large bowl and set aside.
- 2. Melt the chocolate chips in a medium microwavable bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- 3. Pour the melted chocolate over the Chex cereal and stir until well coated.
- 4. Stir in the crushed candy canes until evenly distributed.
- 5. Spread the mixture onto a large baking sheet and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- 6. Let the Chex Mix sit for about 15 minutes until the chocolate is dry, then add the chopped peppermint bark and serve.
