Chocolate Lovers Greek Yogurt Chocolate Mousse Cake

Instructions
- Prepare the crust by blending walnuts, coconut, dates, cacao powder, and salt in a food processor until finely ground and forming a ball.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8-9 inch springform pan.
- For the mousse, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the Greek yogurt into the whipped cream, then mix in cacao powder, honey, and vanilla until creamy.
- Spread the mousse over the brownie layer in the springform pan and refrigerate for 1½ hours.
- Melt coconut milk and dark chocolate in a microwave, stirring until smooth, then let cool slightly.
- Pour the ganache over the mousse and sprinkle with pistachios if desired, then chill for another 30 minutes.
- Release the cake from the springform pan, slice, and serve.
