Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a Bundt pan with butter and flour.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, cocoa powder, espresso powder, salt, and water over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and baking soda.
- Combine half of the melted butter mixture with the dry ingredients and mix until thick.
- Add the remaining butter mixture and mix well, then add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Stir in Greek yogurt and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 15 minutes before inverting onto a rack.
- For the glaze, combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until chocolate melts, then cool slightly before drizzling over the cake.
