Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 6-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, eggs, and sugar until well combined, then add the cornstarch and whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and tap it gently to release air bubbles.
  4. Bake for 1 hour until the center is puffed and the edges are slightly browned.
  5. Cool the cake for 30 minutes at room temperature, then refrigerate for 2 hours to firm up.
  6. Before serving, let the cake sit at room temperature for 15 minutes, then slice and serve with powdered sugar and fresh berries.
