Instructions
- Combine blackberries, raspberries, lemon juice, and sugar in a bowl and refrigerate.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix until just combined.
- Fold in olive oil until the batter is thick and shiny.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
- Dust the top with powdered sugar and top with berries before serving.
