Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9-inch springform or loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, tangerine zest, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla, and yogurt.
- Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the oil until mixed.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar and tangerine juice, adjusting for thickness.
- Let the cake cool and drizzle the glaze over it.
