Ingredients

The cake

  • cups all-purpose flour

Citrus glaze (optional)

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons freshly squeezed tangerine juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9-inch springform or loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, tangerine zest, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla, and yogurt.
  4. Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the oil until mixed.
  5. Bake for 50-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar and tangerine juice, adjusting for thickness.
  7. Let the cake cool and drizzle the glaze over it.
