Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare a springform pan by buttering the sides and lining the bottom with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt.
- In another bowl, mix the sugar, Greek yogurt, eggs, olive oil, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla until creamy.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, mixing until just blended with no lumps.
- Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then remove the springform and cool for another 15 minutes before serving.
