Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 3-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix rosemary, melted butter, garlic, chicken broth, and lemon juice.
- Pour the butter mixture over the chicken.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, reaching at least 165°F.
- Spoon the sauce over the chicken, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with lemon slices and rosemary sprigs if desired.
