Huaraches with Chorizo and Salsa

Instructions
- Mix masa harina, salt, and hot water in a bowl and let it rest.
- Process black beans until smooth, adding water if necessary.
- Cook chorizo in a skillet over medium heat until thoroughly cooked.
- Prepare a griddle or skillet over medium heat and adjust masa consistency if needed.
- Divide masa into 8 portions and form huaraches, filling them with beans.
- Press huaraches into 6-inch ovals and cook on the griddle until lightly browned.
- Coat the griddle with oil and cook huaraches until crisp, flipping halfway.
- Top each huarache with salsa, chorizo, and cheese, then serve with radishes.
