Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, flaxseed, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Fold in the grated zucchini until combined.
