Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • ¼ cup Heavy cream
  • 1 ½ tbsp Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  2. Let the batter rest for a few minutes to thicken.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium-low heat.
  4. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter at a time onto the skillet and spread into circles.
  5. Cook for 1-3 minutes until bubbles form at the edges, then flip and cook the other side.
