Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for a few minutes to thicken.
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium-low heat.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of batter at a time onto the skillet and spread into circles.
- Cook for 1-3 minutes until bubbles form at the edges, then flip and cook the other side.
