Coconut Margarita

The rim

toasted coconut

Instructions
- Whisk the coconut milk in a measuring glass until smooth.
- Fill a shaker halfway with ice.
- Add coconut milk, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Coat the rims of two glasses with honey and dip in toasted coconut.
- Add ice to the glasses and pour the margarita mixture evenly into both.
- Garnish with dried or fresh lime slices and enjoy.
