No Bake Coconut Margarita Bites

Instructions
- Combine almond flour, coconut flour, and shredded coconut in a large bowl.
- Add almond butter, lime juice, lime zest, tequila, and remaining ingredients to the bowl.
- Mix all ingredients together, preferably using your hands.
- Roll the mixture into 1-1.5 inch balls and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Optionally, roll each ball in margarita salt, additional lime zest, and coconut before freezing.
- Freeze the bites for 20-30 minutes, then transfer them to a Ziploc bag.
- Dust with additional vanilla protein powder or sifted coconut flour for a cakey texture if desired.
- Store in the fridge or freezer for up to 6 weeks.
