Coconut Margarita

Instructions
- Make coconut ice cubes by whisking together coconut water and cream of coconut, then freeze for at least 12 hours.
- To rim the glasses, moisten the top with a lime wedge and dip in shredded coconut or coarse salt, then chill in the freezer.
- Blend all margarita ingredients, including the frozen coconut ice cubes, until combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with simple syrup if necessary, and add extra ice if needed.
- Pour into prepared glasses and serve immediately, garnished with a lime wedge if desired.
