Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high-power blender.
- Blend until smooth, leaving some jalapeño bits if desired.
- If the hummus is too thick, add ice water one tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days or freeze for later use.
