Ingredients

The hummus

  • 1 can (15 oz) cooked chickpeas
  • cup tahini
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoon fresh minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt

For topping

  • to taste paprika
  • to taste oil

Instructions

  1. Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, oil, garlic, and salt in a food processor.
  2. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.
  4. Pour into a bowl and top with paprika and oil.
  5. Enjoy!
