Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then add them to a food processor.
- Mince the garlic and mix it with lemon juice in a small bowl, letting it rest.
- Blend the chickpeas, garlic and lemon mixture, tahini, cumin, olive oil, salt, and water until smooth.
- Adjust the seasoning to taste, adding more lemon juice or tahini if desired.
- Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and garnish with olive oil and paprika.
- Serve with pita bread, veggies, or crackers.
