Instructions
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas, then add them to a food processor.
- Add tahini, garlic, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cumin, red chili flakes, and olive oil to the food processor.
- Blend on high until almost smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
- While blending, slowly add cold water until the mixture is completely smooth and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Transfer the hummus to a serving dish, spreading it evenly and creating a small well in the center.
- Drizzle extra olive oil into the well and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve with fresh veggies and toasted pita bread.
