Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process for 5 minutes or until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
